Decentralized infrastructure. Starting with you.

Your Neutral account.

A place to connect your activity. A wallet you control. Neutral is building public, self-custody infrastructure — not another place to hand over your money.

Connected, but not the same.

Your account connects you.

Your Neutral account saves your listings and exchange activity, and can store an encrypted backup of your Neutral Wallet. It is not a bank account and does not hold your funds.

Your wallet belongs to you.

Create or import a wallet to hold and send supported on-chain assets. Your keys are encrypted on your device. You can open a wallet without creating a Neutral account.

Self-custody means control.
And responsibility.

Neutral never holds your private keys or an unencrypted recovery phrase. An account backup contains only your encrypted wallet — signing in does not unlock it.

Keep your recovery phrase somewhere safe and private. Neutral cannot recover it for you. If you lose access to your wallet and its recovery information, your funds may be permanently inaccessible.

Open infrastructure, built in stages.

The self-custody wallet and public market feeds are available today. Exchange account trading is a practice environment; on-chain exchange settlement and swap routing are not live yet. An account is a starting point, not a promise of returns or access to a bank.
